Alternative Drainage sets the standard for drainage services in Morley
Alternative Drainage have been cleaning and clearing the drains and toilets of Morley customers for over 22 years. Whilst Alternative Drainage have undertaken thousands of jobs throughout the Morley area, one particular customer was overwhelmed by the standard of service.
“Whilst in the process of selling my home in Morley near Leeds, the couple buying the property had a comprehensive survey done
which revealed that we had a structural problem with the drain running through the back garden. With the risk of the sale falling through pending, I called Alternative Drainage and spoke to Sean who advised that they would send an engineer out asap to inspect the problem. Two days later their Leeds engineer arrived and quickly identified the problem – roots from a nearby tree had penetrated the brick walls inside the drain and had caused structural damage. They quickly explained and reassured me that the problem could be cured quickly and that they could book me in for the following week. A week later they returned, cut the roots back, repaired the brick work and lined the drain for future protection. I subsequently took a photo of the repaired drain and emailed to the buyers who thankfully accepted the work and the sale subsequently went through.
