Alternative Drainage are committed to delivering the highest level of health and safety. We employ an independent health & safety specialist to ensure that at all levels and at all times we meet industry and statutory regulations, both on site and in our offices.
Fulfilment of health and safety regulations is a constant priority within the company. We arrange regular on site inspections by our Health & Safety advisors to ensure that standards are maintained and developed. These are followed up by management reports and feedback not only about our current standards of care, but about ways in which we can improve.
Each Major Drainage Site Project is allocated a supervisor who is responsible for the workforce and the health & safety standards throughout the length of the project, until both staff and materials are removed from site. Their job is to ensure that Alternative Drainage's 'quality' and 'health & safety' standards are planned, implemented and fulfilled, including the completion of handover certificates once the Drainage works have been completed.
