How does a CCTV Survey work?
A drainage survey is an in-depth and thorough inspection of a drainage system. Using high-tech CCTV equipment which is inserted down the drain. The camera is remotely controlled by a computer and steadily threaded through the pipework, producing a live feed capture of the inside of the drainage so an engineer can get a good view of what’s going on.
Why would I need a CCTV Survey?
A CCTV drain survey can sound complicated but is the most effective way of carrying out an inspection of the underground drainage system.
If you’re having problems with your drains but aren’t sure what’s causing the issues this is the best option for you. Our real-time inspection will allow the engineer to inspect and assess the fault and then decide on the best resolution to your drainage issues with little disruption to you.
Identifying issues early helps us to prevent small issues worsening i.e. small hairline cracks can develop into larger holes which would require a more extensive repair.
What would we find from a CCTV Survey?
CCTV Drain Inspections are the most efficient way to find the cause of a drainage problem, from the simple problems such as blockages to the bigger issues of broken pipework.

How would it look?
On completion of the survey our team would compile a report. The report you receive will detail the condition of the drainage system in question. Consisting of a PDF Condition Report, Plan of the system, USB – including the recorded footage and a Remedial Quotation explaining any recommendations for works required.
