Excellent all round service from the drainage engineers, office staff and management at Alternative Drainage Co Ltd. The drainage engineers were very professional and had a proactive approach to problem solving which kept disruption to a minimum. The work was carried out to a high standard which was reflected in the comments of the independent insurance assessors when they inspected the work and we would have no hesitation in using Alternative Drainage again. I recently had to call Alternative Drainage Co Ltd regarding blocked drain in my property which was horrible and smelly leaking onto the driveway, causing my neighbours to complain. I couldn't be there due to work at the time that the engineer arrived. I have to say that the engineer was extremely professional in the service and advise. He rang me once he got to the property and told me about the issue in more details. One being that the access to the drain was in the neighbours garden and they had covered it up during recent extension! He proposed a solution and carried out the work. He drilled a another access point in my garden cleaned the brain blockage and called be back to say the work is complete and drain unblocked. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. A very big thank you to the gentleman, so sorry I can't remember your name!Excellent communication from all concerned receptionist and Engineer.Excellent quality of work and very reasonably priced.

Noticed a badly blocked drain, which I have never had to deal with before. The guys were amazing! They came out the same day, sorted everything out efficiently and talked me through the issue and what was causing it. Will happily recommend and use again. Thank you so much!

Needed the waste tank draining due to silt build up. Called alternative drainage Fri and booked the job for Mon morning 0800 hrs. Prompt arrival and sceptic tank emptied and cleaned. Would use again and would pass on there details to anyone. Professional service from start to finish.
