Jet Vac Services

What types of Jet Vac Services do we offer?

Septic Tank Emptying

Septic Tanks exist where main sewers are not present and can be found mainly in rural areas. The septic tank stores sewage solids using chemicals that break down the waste.   When broken down, the remaining liquid passes through the outlet pipe to a soakaway. When the storage tank gets full, the septic tank must be cleaned out.   Regular emptying reduces the risk of the septic tank overflowing and The Environment Agency issued guidance recommending that you arrange for a septic tank emptying once a year.  Depending on the size of the tank it may need to be emptied more frequently depending on the number of people living in the property.
  • Pump Station Emptying & Servicing
A sewage pumping station is designed to move waste materials in areas where gravity flow will not do the job. This allows sewage to be moved from homes and businesses in low-lying areas up to the mains sewers located on higher ground.  Pump stations require regular maintenance and servicing due to the components needed to keep the system operating at its best and prevent the system from breaking down.
  • Petrol Interceptor Emptying
Interceptors are common drainage installations usually found at petrol stations and fuel forecourts, car parks or vehicle maintenance businesses.  While most people may not be familiar with it, an interceptor is designed to stop waste oils and spilt petrol from reaching public drainage systems. The excess oils and silt that get trapped will build up over time, which is why you need interceptor emptying services to keep the interceptor operating efficiently.
  • Grease Trap Emptying & Cleaning
Grease traps are designed for waste management in commercial kitchens to help prevent harmful grease, fats and oils from entering the drainage system and causing a blockage.  As grease can build up very quickly, it’s essential to maintain grease traps with a regular grease trap emptying service.
  • High Pressure Water Jetting
High-pressure Water Jetting is generally used as an effective method of drain unblocking and cleaning. Water jets at high pressures can break up the most stubborn blockages or remove debris and silt. Jet Vac HPWJ is an effective method used for cleaning large amounts of drainage prior to site CCTV Surveying.
